It's the Brundlefly nesting doll (inspired by David Cronenberg's 1986 cult classic The Fly)! This 5 piece set shows the transformation of Seth Brundle (Jeff Goldblum). The largest doll is 4.5 inches tall and the smallest is the size of a real life fly at just 1 inch. This might be the grossest thing I've ever painted. Don't worry, he's not contagious.
