The Philippines is an awesome place to visit! My girl Karafina and I spent 2 and a half weeks there touring the fast paced city of Manila, island hopping in Palawan, chillin' on the beach in Pundaquit, eating lots of delicious Filipino food (thanks Auntie Elsa!), shopping in crowded malls, snorkling and did I mention eating? I tried some exotic foods like Balut (18 week old duck embryo in an egg), wood worms, and crickets! But I have to say the sisig (siziling pork plate) is the best! If you like warm sandy beaches and lots of adventure, this is the place to visit!
